Features:

• Create and record a description of your company’s program, so participants will know how it works
• Allow mentors and mentorees to complete a specific profile form that looks at strengths, needs, and goals
• Automatically provide preliminary matches between participants, based on criteria for “best matches”
• Provide online questions for participants to complete each month to update the progress of their mentoring relationship
• Send automatic email notices regarding meetings, activities and form completion
• Calculate the results of a final evaluation questionnaire
• Measure retention levels, promotions and salary increases for mentorees
• Maintain several mentoring programs at once

Technical Requirements:

• All users must have a PC or Mac with a javascript enabled browser
• All users must have cookies enabled
• Administrators must use Internet Explorer 4+ with ActiveX Controls enabled to take advantage of WYSIWYG html editing
• Administrators must have Flash Player 6+ installed to use matching module
